Week 1.3 Coming Up

Nola Manis

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Nola Manis who passed away this past week.  Nola was a tremendous person who had one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen.  She was always so positive.  She never let the stress of life cause her to forget how truly blessed she was.  Nola was an inspiration to me personally and so many other, and she left a massive impression on students and staff alike.  Please join me honoring her by emulating her positivity, kindness to everyone, and love for life.  We will miss her.

You are doing an amazing job!  It is challenging right now.  Sometimes it seems like it will never get easier, but I want you to keep the faith.   Believe in this fact.  When we find our groove, we will be rolling.  Don't forget to show yourself some grace.  Chase progress, not perfection, and you will be there sooner than you know it.
